Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a Bdeleno 100cc motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 3 kilometers from the front of the Non-permanent wall, mountainous wave apartment located in the same Gu-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-do, Busan on June 15, 2013.
