A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 13, 2019, from around 15:20 to 15:40 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s hospital’s duties by forcing the victim to take a bath at “C” hospital located in the Daegu-gu Seo-gu B, Daegu-gu, to the head of the hospital at a large interest without any particular reason, and leaving the nurse D (37 years old) in his/her hand a clinic for the reception of the clinic where the victim D (37 years old) was carrying on his/her duties, and obstructing the victim’s hospital’s duties by force by avoiding disturbance.

2. On March 13, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at the foregoing hospital around 15:45, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender from the police officer F (the age of 44) belonging to the Daegu Hadal Police Station E District Unit of the Daegu Hadal Police Station, who was called after receiving a report by the said hospital, and was arrested as a flagrant offender. In doing so, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention and suppression of the above FF, who carried the police uniform on one occasion by hand.

『2019고단1569』 피고인은 2019. 5. 8. 11:10경 대구 달서구 G아파트 관리사무소 앞에서 만취한 상태로 걸어가던 중 평소 좋지 않은 감정을 가지고 있던 피해자 H(60세)을 발견하고 아파트 경비반장인 I과 아파트 주민인 J이 있는 자리에서 피해자에게 다가가 "니 시발 놈아, 고리대금업자 쟤, 사채업자 쟤”, “주민 잡아 쳐 넣고, 돈 받아 쳐 먹고, 시발 놈이”, “야이 새끼야”라고 말하고, 오른손으로 피해자의 좌측 가슴 부위를 1번 밀치고, 왼손으로 피해자의 우측 귀 부위를 1번 잡아당겼다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim and assaulted the victim.
