Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2020, at around 09:30 on July 14, 2020, the Defendant, along with two influorous winners B and two influorous boxes, owned each seven chapters by using the card 52 from the house of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C2 D, and discarded all the cards in accordance with the rules, such as dumping the number of serial numbers of the same numbers or the same pattern of non-fluor, or committed an gambling called "hulule" in the manner that a person, whose total sum of the numbers of the cards held at the time of the end of the game, becomes the winner.
