Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Cran XG car.

On July 28, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on July 22:25, 2014, and driven it along the two-lanes from the direction of the opposite opposite intersection to the opposite intersection, the four-lane 65-lane 4-lane 65-lane 300 in front of the luminous apartment.
