Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that engages in the business of developing, manufacturing, distributing, selling, etc. dental and general medical equipment, and the Defendant is a corporation that engages in the business of designing, etc. images, such as e-mail tubes, and parts related to sound equipment.
