Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is designated as a hazardous material safety manager as an employee of Company B, a printing company of the publication in the PP C.

1. When Defendant A safety manager handles dangerous substances, he/she shall conduct the safety management and supervision of the handling of dangerous substances as prescribed by the Enforcement Rule of the Safety Control of Dangerous Substances Act;

Nevertheless, from around 2015 to November 2, 2016, the Defendant worked as a dangerous substance safety manager of the said corporation B from around 2016, and did not conduct safety management and supervision over the dangerous substance storage place of the said company, such as inspection and inspection by the general inspection table of the outdoor storage place, preservation, and preparation of a log concerning the handling of dangerous substances.

2. The Defendant Company B did not perform safety management and supervision as described in the preceding paragraph at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
