Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 4, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Daejeon District Court, and on October 9, 2012, sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court.

[Criminal facts] On March 2, 2017, around 20:30, the Defendant driven BN vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.075% alcohol concentration in blood at approximately 50 meters from the golf parking lot front of the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the front day of the same tea.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of this provision.
