1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2011, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) placed D’s face and back head float on the front of the Defendant’s house in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, on the ground that D was able to take a bath for the Defendant; (b) placed D’s face and back head float on the front of the Defendant’s house; and (c) laid down D’s face and back head float.
