A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) heard the horses that he/she would be bad for a director from the victim B; (b) discovered the house that he/she could enter into the former; and (c) concluded a lease contract on his/her behalf; and (d) concluded a lease contract with the victim around “D” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, on February 11, 2014; and (b) concluded a lease contract with the victim amounting to KRW 75 million on the part of “D” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

It will be paid in lieu of sending the deposit, and the amount of the mother and child will be paid in lieu of internal payment.

“The purpose of “ was to make a false statement.”

However, in fact, the Defendant merely leased the above house at KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 550,000,000, and did not enter into a lease contract, and even if the Defendant received the above deposit amount of KRW 75,00,000 from the injured party, he did not use it as a deposit for the above house, and considered it as an individual use.

In such a manner, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the total sum of KRW 68,00,00,000 from the victim on February 13, 2014, KRW 15,000,00 on April 8, 2014, KRW 2,443,00 on October 2, 2014, and KRW 557,646 on the same day, from each Defendant’s national bank account, etc., and acquired the total sum of KRW 68,00,646 on four occasions under the pretext of deposit, etc.

2. On October 2014, when the Defendant received a demand from a policeman B to deliver a written lease agreement on the said house, the Defendant had the intent to forge and deliver a written lease agreement to conceal the fact that the monthly lease agreement was entered as above. Around that time, at the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, the “Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and No. 1104” in the column for real estate location in the real estate form of the “on-site complex lease agreement” using a computer, the Defendant entered the “on-site complex lease agreement” in the column for deposit, “F” in the lessor’s column, “G”, “G” in the broker column, and made the signature of the said F and G name.
