If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in credit business shall register the relevant place of business with the competent authority, and when an unregistered credit service provider provides a loan, the Defendant shall not receive interest at a rate exceeding 30% per annum, notwithstanding the fact that he/she does not register the credit business with the competent authority on September 22, 2012, the Defendant shall receive interest at a rate of 137% per annum by lending KRW 3,850,000 to B at a coffee shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and repaying KRW 50,000 per annum on September 91, 200 from the date on which he/she receives interest at a rate of 137% per annum from September 17, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
