1. The Defendant’s disposition of imposing penalty points to the Plaintiffs on September 13, 2017 is revoked.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 17, 2009, H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) obtained approval from the Defendant for the construction project plan of the Seo-gu Incheon International Apartment Complex (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and filed a report on the commencement of construction with the Defendant on October 30, 2009.

Plaintiff

A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) performed the instant construction from October 30, 2009 to the contractor of the instant apartment construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”), and Plaintiff D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff D”) performed supervision as a supervisor of the instant construction work.

B. Plaintiff B from October 30, 2009 to January 7, 2011, Plaintiff C served as a field agent belonging to Plaintiff A with respect to the instant construction project from January 8, 201 to May 12, 201, and Plaintiff E, F, and G served as a supervisor belonging to Plaintiff D with respect to the instant construction project.

(Plaintiff E supervised the entire construction of this case; Plaintiff F supervised the Jdong and Kdong part of the instant construction; Plaintiff G supervised the Ldong and Mdong part of the instant construction work.

After completion of the apartment building of this case, the defendant ordered the plaintiff A to have the part corresponding to the plaintiff A to confirm the omission of the steel bars in the process of examining the application for inspection of the use inspection.

Plaintiff

A on March 24, 2013, the apartment building of this case, which was installed at least 20 iron bars and at least 32 iron bars (hereinafter “the steel bars of this case”) among 64 iron bars to be installed at least 20 iron bars among 124 iron bars, which are to be installed at least 20 iron bars and 24 Ga-dong 24 Ga-dong 24 Ga-dong 24 Ga-dong Ga-dong 24 Ga, was confirmed to have been omitted.
