1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff KRW 6% per annum from September 19, 2015 to November 18, 2016, and the next day.

In full view of each statement and the purport of evidence set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 9, the Plaintiff, on February 9, 2015, leased KRW 200 million to C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) on May 10, 2015; and C, on August 20, 2015, written a letter of commitment to repay the said money to the Plaintiff up to August 31, 2015 (Evidence 5); and on August 31, 2015, the Defendant, as a joint and several surety, prepared a letter of commitment to repay the said money up until September 18, 2015 (Evidence 6); the Defendant, as a joint and several surety, prepared a statement of commitment to repay the said money up to September 18, 2015 to the Defendant with an obligation to pay the said money up to 16% of the annual repayment interest rate set forth in the Commercial Act from the day after the date following the due date of payment to the date of September 16, 2015.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
