1. The Defendant shall display the attached drawing indicating “b” in the attached Form No. 509 square meters to the Plaintiff at the time of Pakistan, and 260 square meters prior to C in the time of Pakistan.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is obligated to remove the packaging of the road portion of this case and deliver the said land to the Plaintiff, who is the owner of the land of this case, as the water supply pipes are laid underground on the ground of the road portion of this case with the Defendant’s cost, and occupy the road portion of this case by packing a asphalt.

B. The Defendant waivers his right to use and make profits from the Defendant’s assertion. The Defendant offered the road portion of this case to the public free of charge, E, etc., who is the former owner of the instant land, and the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant land with the knowledge of such circumstances.
