Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2016, at around 07:38, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking at 0.074% of blood alcohol concentration, driven Bone Star bicycle at the 1km section of Gwangju Seo-ro 492-ro 8-1 (Agricultural-dong), from the roads of Bolar apartment in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju to the road of about 1km-ro 492-ro 8-1 (Agricultural-dong).
