A. C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) 1) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”).

The instant seizure and collection order was served on the Defendant, who was the debtor on July 3, 2018.

2) Based on the executory exemplification of the judgment regarding the claim for service payment against C, the Plaintiff’s order of seizure and collection (hereinafter “instant order”) as to KRW 286,486,638 out of the claim for the second construction payment against C, the same court No. 2018TT21860, Sept. 5, 2018, as to KRW 286,486,638 among the claim for the second construction payment against C.
