【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

2. On August 21, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven an IK7 vehicle from the K front in the J of Haju-si without obtaining a driver’s license at around 20:30 on August 21, 202 to the H convenience store in G in the same city.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated an IK7 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraphs (b) and (2).
