The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended separately.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants shall be the owners of the land and buildings within the zone of the I Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association, and the owners of the land and other persons who do not include the owners of the land or persons concerned, and the persons who have the right to the land to be expropriated or used or the goods on such land, shall deliver or transfer such land or goods to the project executor by the commencement date

1. Defendant A did not deliver to the said union by October 10, 2014, which was the commencement date of accommodation of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, K, L, M and J, K-based single-story stores, houses, etc.

2. Defendant B did not deliver to the said association by October 10, 2014, which was the date on which the facility and house for living in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul N and the second floor above the ground was commenced.

3. Defendant C did not deliver to the above association by December 12, 2014, the date of opening the house for multi-household household with the Seongbuk-gu SeoulO and its second floor above ground, to the business executor by December 12, 2014.

4. Defendant D did not deliver to the foregoing union as a business executor until October 10, 2014, which was October 10, 2014, which was the date of opening accommodation of Seongbuk-gu Seoul P and its ground-based housing.

5. Defendant E did not deliver to the said union by October 10, 2014, which was the date of opening a house in Seongbuk-gu Seoul and its ground-based Q and its ground-based.
