A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the father and mother of the victim C(M, 17 years of age).
No person shall commit any physical abuse against a child that may injure his/her body or injure his/her physical health and development.
1. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 on March 1, 2016, at the “E” restaurant where the victim under the former Northwest-gun D works, the Defendant, alone, heard the horses that the victim would drink while drinking alcohol and return to the house as soon as soon as possible; (b) the victim, “I will undergo such treatment so that I would like to do so, I would like to do so; and (c) the victim, “I would like to do so, I would like to do so, I would like to do so, I would like to see the victim’s head by cutting down the victim’s head on the road front of the said restaurant and by her hand, I am the victim on the road floor and walk the part of the victim’s shoulder on three occasions with the shoulder of the victim.
As a result, the Defendant committed physical abuse that may injure the body of a child victim or harm the health and development of the body.
2. The Defendant committed on March 2, 2016, at around 08:30 on March 2, 2016, 2016, stated that “In the Defendant’s residence located in the Northwest-gun F, the Defendant: (a) putting the victim’s head bonds at the house, putting the victim’s head bonds at the house, leaving the school without having a school; (b) putting the victim’s head bonds at the house; and (c) putting the victim’s head bonds at his/her own house, putting the flick knick with the kitchen knick in the kitchen and the kitchen knick with the victim’s own kitchen knick, and 7 knick with the victim’s right part and the kitchen knick with the victim’s right part and the kitchen knick with the victim’s right part and the kitchen knick with the victim’s left part of the kitchen knish.”
