1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on October 23, 2015 as the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The Plaintiff’s lawsuit costs after the completion of the lawsuit.

On July 29, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant on July 29, 2015, the delivery of a copy of the complaint against the Defendant, and the notification of the date for pleading to the Defendant by public notice, and thus failed to submit a preparatory document or to present a pleading on the merits, and the Plaintiff’s statement that the instant lawsuit was withdrawn on the first day for pleading around October 23, 2015 is obvious in the record. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s instant lawsuit was terminated upon the Plaintiff’s statement that the lawsuit was withdrawn on October 23, 2015.

Thus, since the lawsuit of this case is terminated by the plaintiff's withdrawal of lawsuit, it is decided as per Disposition by the declaration of termination of lawsuit.
