Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operates a company that carries out water commercial and removal business with each other, called "D," located in Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun.

Around December 2010, in-house director F, the representative of the victim E company, entered into a contract with H on the one hand with respect to the iron structure of a temporary virtual facility with the length of 180m, width of 26.5m, height of 16m and 14.5m (the sn beam structure “sn beam structure” 142m) which was installed for the construction of the above steel structure 3-4 section in the absolute farmland located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and then came to have the right to remove the said steel structure as an absolute farmland until September 13, 2013.

On the other hand, around July 25, 2013, the victim transferred the above right to I at KRW 230 million (the date of the last payment of the remainder), but the above transfer contract was terminated orally on August 10, 2013 due to the reasons that I did not pay any balance, etc., and notified I of the above transfer contract to I by content-certified mail on August 26, 2013, and on September 12, 2013, the above I transferred part of the above right to I at KRW 50 million to the defendant on September 4, 2013, and F was known to the effect that the above transfer contract was terminated on September 14, 2013.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had the J and the director K, who is the director of the company, directed the victim to interfere with the decommissioning and removal of the said steel structure by threatening the victim to infringe on the right to whom he transferred, and ordered the J and the director K to interfere with the removal of the said steel structure as follows.

1. On September 25, 2013 and September 26, 2013, the above J, which received such instructions from the Defendant interfering with business, as above, shall be around 08:00 and September 26, 2013.
