On October 12, 2016, the Defendant was subject to a new draft physical examination by the chief prosecutor of the military service branch office in the Gyeonggi-do, which was located in the 76th unit of the Dong-gu Office of the Government on March 12, 2016.

Even though the defendant received a notice of a follow-up physical examination on May 15, 2017, that he/she would undergo the follow-up physical examination at the same place on the same day and around 09:30 on May 15, 2017, he/she did not undergo
