1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The plaintiff shall bear the costs of appeal from among the costs of appeal after filing the appeal.
Reasons
1. 2. Determination
A. The driver of the defendant vehicle can find the plaintiff vehicle which was directly under the opposite side, even if he could have sufficiently discovered the vehicle of this case which was directly under the opposite side, but neglected the movement of the vehicle of this case, and even if the driver of the plaintiff vehicle is allowed to do so at the non-protection line, the driver of the vehicle in this case can actually enter the intersection of this case before the driver of the vehicle in this case.
