Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months and for 2 years of suspended execution with the same criminal records more than six times in addition to those sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on June 9

On February 25, 2012, around 14:55, the Defendant driven B cargo truck without a vehicle driver’s license on the road near the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dobong-ro 969 “Dobong-gu Dobong-gu.”
