The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) of the lower judgment is too heavy.

2. Determination: (a) there is a favorable reason for sentencing, such as the fact that the defendant made a confession of the crime, the fact that there is a family member to support the crime, and the fact that there is no criminal record exceeding the suspension of the execution of imprisonment for the last ten years; (b) the reason for unfavorable sentencing, such as the fact that the crime was committed during the suspension of the execution of imprisonment, the fact that the crime was committed in violation of the Automobile Management Act, the fact that the crime of unlawful use of air defense and the crime of unfair use of air, the crime of unfair use of air, are limited to imprisonment; and (c) the defendant is disqualified for execution, the defendant's age, family relation, economic situation, the background and motive leading to the crime, and all other matters concerning the sentencing as shown in the records and changes in the records of this case, the judgment of the court below is judged to be appropriate; and (d)

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
