Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a non-corporate body consisting of owners of land in Pyeongtaek-si G for the purpose of taking measures for the livelihood of migrants related to the construction of the F Zone from February 17, 2008 and various projects for the protection of the rights and interests of migrants from February 17, 2008.

B. The Defendant purchased from H, I, and J 31 lots of land and its access road (total size of 59,654 square meters, total of 18,045 square meters, total of 18,045 square meters, hereinafter “instant project site”) from H, I, and J in order to provide foreign residents with the housing site, and purchased the instant project site from H, I, and J for KRW 9,806,450,00 on August 5, 2010.
