Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the admissibility and probative value of the interrogation protocol of the prosecution, the trial-oriented principle and substantial direct deliberation principle, the criminal intent of defraudation, error in the law under Article 16 of the Criminal Act, and the interpretation of disposition documents, without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal by the Defendants, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the admissibility and probative value of the interrogation protocol of the prosecution,
