Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. On June 29, 2019, at around 23:20 on June 29, 2019, the Defendant damaged the special public goods by putting three copies of the 쇠 network (15cm in head part, 40cm in length) which is a dangerous object brought about at his/her house before the Sungnam Police Station C District located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and destroying the repair cost of KRW 1,692,400 in total.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and damaged things used by public offices.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed the reinforcement glass of the entrance entrance of the said C district unit at the time, place, as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place; (b) led to the destruction of the entrance entrance of the said C district unit; and (c) voiceed a slope D, who entered the said district unit, and worked there, to the said assistant D, stating the said decline as his head, thereby threatening him.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers on their duty.
