The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, we affirm the lower court’s finding the Defendant not guilty on the grounds stated in its holding, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, of the charge against Defendant A, the charge of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) and the charge of insult, which was January 10, 201, among the charge against Defendant B and the charge against Defendant B, on the grounds that

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the determination standard of false facts in the crime of defamation and the violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation).

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
