Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a person who was in office as the representative director of the F-type Business Department in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was a full-time worker of 12,000 women with 360 direct stores nationwide.

2. Wages which violate the obligation to pay the full amount of wages shall be paid in full directly to workers in currency;
The Defendant did not pay the full amount of KRW 92,410,580,000,00,000 on September 25, 2016, as well as KRW 997,00,00,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
