Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the intent to obtain a free conviction beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the intent to obtain a criminal punishment for occupational embezzlement, the degree of formation of a conviction for finding the Defendant guilty, and the method of examining
