Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendants: (a) reported that they are placed in D main points located in Busan, Busan, Jin-gu C; and (b) conspired to steals the victims’ things by taking advantage of the gaps in the surveillance of the victims.

The Defendants collected the market price of the victim E, which was on the table B, from which he was placed on the table table, and cut off one Samsung Credit Card No. 1 inside the table, which was located in the table table, and then set up again on the table table only after cutting off one copy of the Samsung Credit Card No. 1 inside the table table. Defendant A carried one of the market price of the victim F-owned on the table table, because the victim F-owned market price in the victim F-owned on the table was unfolded.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property together.

2. The Defendants of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Services conspired to use the stolen E’s credit card at the main point as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1.

On March 11, 2017, around 04:08, the Defendants paid KRW 700,000 to the Defendant as if the Defendant completed the stolen Samsung Credit Card, such as the above paragraph 1, at the first point of the operation of the Victim H, located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

As a result, the Defendants deceiving the victim to acquire the same amount of property benefits, and used the stolen E credit card illegally.
