A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BP car.

On September 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on September 17:4, 2014, and proceeded along the two-lane road in front of the D convenience point located in C at the early of the starting point along the one-lane from the front middle school to the public playground, but changed the course to the middle school at the early middle school.

In the same direction at the time, the E driver had a F Cost Engine of the E driver who is driving in the same direction, and thus, the driver had a duty of care to give prior notice of change of course when changing the vehicle, give prior notice of change of course, and to prevent the accident by changing the vehicle from the front, rear, and right-hand traffic.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and changed the vehicle line to a single lane, thereby resulting in the Defendant’s failure to change the vehicle line to the left-hand side of the off-hand side of the EXF, and received the above EXF from the Defendant’s driver to the right-hand side of the EXF car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, at the same time, by such occupational negligence as above, sustained injury to the victim G (V, 11) who was on the back seat of the said Lone Star Group, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without immediately stopping the said Lone Star Group, which is the victim H, and without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim, even though it damages the said Lone Star Group to be repaired by KRW 91,157.
