Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to larceny, etc. on two years and six months in the Suwon District Court's Sung-nam branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 10, 2017.

1. A thief, around 03:30 on February 26, 2019, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 2,519,000,00, totaling six times from that time to March 27, 2019, as indicated in the attached Table 1, including a theft with Handphone, cash 6,00 won, E credit card 1, and physical card 4, in the market price owned by the injured party located adjacent to the victim D, who was diving in the “C” letter located adjacent to the victim D.

2. On February 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) at the “G convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, by presenting the credit card in the name of the Defendant to the victim He, who was an employee, as if he was the Defendant’s credit card; (b) deceiving the victim by presenting the credit card in the name of the Defendant as if he was the Defendant’s credit card; (c) taking property gains equivalent to the same amount as the market price; and (d) using the stolen other’s credit card from the time of using the stolen other’s credit card until March 24, 2019, the Defendant acquired 300,270 won in total and used the stolen other’s credit card.
