Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On April 2018, the Defendant received a request from the above B to “to obtain additional loans of KRW 10 million” from the above B at a place where it is not known to the police officer, and after contact with the above loan broker in the name of the Defendant, the Defendant could not obtain a loan because B received a loan on two occasions in two installments from the above loan broker in the name of the lending broker, and since B received a loan from a savings bank that is not a 1 and 2 financial right, the head of the bank is unable to obtain a loan.
