A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victims E ( South, the age of 37) continued to singing while drinking alcohol in D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D D C, which was located in D D D D D D D D D C, and that the Defendant singing and talked with them; and (b) whether the Defendant singings “hings only.”

“Ackering the beer of the victim, which is a dangerous thing that was placed on the floor with a sound, was laid toward the stage wherein the victim was placed, and was laid to the beer with a beer, which is a dangerous thing in the table, and the part of the beer of the victim’s head was kiding the arb, which is a dangerous thing for the victim’s resistance.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted injury on the victim, such as an open room for the head of the body, which requires treatment for about two weeks.

2. 피해자 F에 대한 상해 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 위와 같이 E을 폭행하고 있을 때, E의 일행인 피해자 F( 남, 40세) 가 피고인을 말리자 이에 화가 나서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 2-3 회 가량 때리고 발로 피해자를 걷어찼다.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim about 2 weeks of treatment, such as impairment of the face that needs to be treated.

3. 피해자 G에 대한 상해 피고인은 2015. 10. 19. 00:10 경 제 1 항 기재 장소에서 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경찰관 옆에서 위 E의 일행인 피해자 G( 남, 51세) 가 경찰관에게 상황에 대하여 설명하는 것을 보고, ‘ 너는 뭐야 새끼야, 조용히 해 ’라고 소리를 치며 주먹으로 피해자의 목부분을 1대 때려 바닥에 넘어뜨렸고, 계속하여 바닥에 넘어진 피해자에게 ‘ 엄살 떨지 말고 일어나 새끼야 ’라고 욕설을 하며 발로 피해자의 얼굴 부분을 2회 가량 걷어찼다.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as a cerebral finite finite finite finite which requires medical treatment for about two weeks.
