1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ status as a party (hereinafter “N&D City Development”) is a company that newly constructs and sells an officetel of 482 households E on the land outside Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu and four lots (hereinafter “instant project site”), and the Defendant is a person who is working as an insurance solicitor.
