1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ status as a party (hereinafter “N&D City Development”) is a company that newly constructs and sells an officetel of 482 households E on the land outside Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu and four lots (hereinafter “instant project site”), and the Defendant is a person who is working as an insurance solicitor. The Plaintiffs, upon introduction by the Defendant, concluded a sales contract on the above Etel Nos. 329 and 520 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each instant officetel,” and individually named as the number of houses in case of the Plaintiff A and the Plaintiff B, respectively) (Article 329 and 520).

According to the instant business agreement and the instant trust agreement, the trustee manages the ownership of the instant business site and the ownership of the instant officetel, and the development of a n&D city is conducted through consultation with the trustee, such as entering into a sales contract, and the trustee shall keep the sales contract, open the fund management account, and receive the sales price.
