Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with C Adold

On March 27, 2015, at around 21:45, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car in such a state that it is difficult for the Defendant to drive it normally, such as influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.152%; (b) shaking the walking condition; and (c) holding the blood color with red color; and (d) driven the said car along the two-lane road of the yellow lux three-lane distance, which is located in the Sungsung-dong at the time of racing, along the art hall located in the direction of the East-do.

At the time, there was a traffic island where signal lights are installed at night, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed in advance and safely drive the driver and prevent the accident from spreading.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant received the boundary of the traffic island located on the front side of the above vehicle by his negligence while neglecting it, followed by his shocking the center line by the shocking it, and followed up the left side of the EKachip car driven by the victim D (year 56) who was parked in order to turn over the traffic island in the front side of the above vehicle, and continued to shock the part of the G Kachip car driven by the victim F (year 42) who was under the stop.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim D’s injury to the base and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim F suffered injury to the base and tensions in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and the victim H (the age of 42 and female) who was on board the said Lone Star, due to the victim H (the age of 42 and female) who was on board the said Lone Star, for about two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing each injury to the victims.
