Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendant was guilty of the instant facts charged (excluding the portion without charge) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In contrast to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the exercise of force, the intentional conduct of prosecution, and the trial principle of evidence in the crime of violating the Act on the Protection of Children against Sexual Abuse.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
