Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Any person who intends to engage in credit business in violation of the Act on the Registration of Credit Business and the Protection of Financial Users shall register with the Mayor, etc. having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, and any unregistered credit service provider shall not receive interest exceeding 25% to 30% per annum as provided for in the Interest Limitation Act;
Nevertheless, the defendant does not register with the competent authority;
A. On October 14, 2009, the Defendant loaned KRW 2,60,000,000 to the E-market operated in Busan Metropolitan City, and KRW 2,60,000,000,000 per month, including interest and principal for ten months, on condition that he/she is repaid. The Defendant actually lent KRW 1,740,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won per month from around November 2009 to July 201.
B. The Defendant is above the Defendant around January 17, 2012.
In the place described in paragraph (1), D shall be given a loan on condition that 50,000 won shall be 50,000 won per month, and 9,60,000 won, excluding the advance interest and 40,000 won, was paid 62.5% per annum by means of 50,000 won per month after the actual loan to D’

2.60,000 won shall be loaned 2.6 million won per month to D at the place indicated in the paragraph, including interest and principal for ten months each month, and 1.744,00 won, which remains after deducting 2.60,000 won of advance interest and principal from D’s account, was actually loaned and received 34.4% interest per year by paying 260,000 won of interest and principal for one month.
