On December 31, 2017, at around 04:10, the Defendant driven a vehicle with a alcohol level of approximately 0.092% in blood while under the influence of alcohol from around 100 meters to the roads before the Busan-dong Samsung Bio-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, without a driver’s license.
