A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 1997, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months with prison labor for larceny; on December 21, 1999, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon District Court on September 13, 2001; on September 18, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on September 26, 2008; on September 26, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten years with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on September 26, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten years from the Daegu District Court on June 9, 2009 to the Busan District Court on February 16, 2013.

On May 12, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by holding two pocket pocketbookss in a total of 5,000 won of the market price of the victim E, who is an employee of the location; (b) and (c) committed a theft by taking 4,496,390 won in total on 14 occasions from around 2016 to May 15, 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually intrudes another person's property at night or during night, or without intrusion upon another person's structure.
