A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who was working as the manager of the Busanjin-gu total market of the company “C,” which was illegal multi-level company, conspired to receive investment money from many unspecified persons under the pretext of paying high-profit profits exceeding the principal while operating a multi-level company under the name of D, adviser E, F, G, H, H, and the representative director of the above company, together with I who is the actual operator of the above company.

The persons related to the above companies including the Defendant, through the head office, the general sales board, and the agencies affiliated with the general sales board, operate their business in such a way as to explain that “80-90% of the purchase price shall be paid equally to many unspecified persons over 12 months, and after the expiration of the period, the relevant equipment shall be paid at 40-50% of the purchase price and shall be redeemed again,” and recruit multi-level sales salespersons.
Defendants are against many and unspecified persons.
