Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) received a communication from the injured party under the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building Section (hereinafter “D”) on the part of the damaged party C (hereinafter “D”) to leave the said restaurant; and (b) returned to the said restaurant; (c) the injured party left the Defendant and left the restaurant; (d) around 08:20 on the same day, the injured party left the restaurant; and (e) around 09:20 on the day of leaving the restaurant to work, the Defendant her employees of the said restaurant and the operator E (59 years of age) of the said restaurant after drinking alcohol; and (e) broken up two of the card terminal devices on the floor.

In this respect, the Defendant damaged the card terminal, the U.S. head of the equipment, and the U.S. head of the equipment.

2. On February 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested as a current offender on the act of paragraph (1) around 08:40 on February 3, 2018; (b) was arrested to the G police box located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; (c) was under the influence of alcohol; and (d) took a bath to police officers at the above police box for about 50 minutes, namely, “Cropty typ gue, typ gue”; and (c) took a bath for drinking; and (d) took a boom, which is a public object managed by H, the police officer affiliated with the above police box, and destroyed the table bridge.

As a result, the defendant, who is a public object, damaged a guide bridge, and, while under the influence of alcohol, conveyed or slicked by very rough words and conducts at a public office.
