Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

The Defendant is a doctor to operate “D internal department” in Busan Shipping Daegu C.

No medical person, founder of a medical institution, nor person working for a medical institution shall receive money, goods, benefits, labor, entertainment, or other economic benefits provided by a person who has obtained a product license under Article 31 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or a person who has filed a product notification for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of drugs and inducement for prescription.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received a proposal from the E and F to the effect that “to provide economic benefits, such as cash, by prescribing prescription drugs, such as pentlls, produced and sold in Pakistan,” from the business employees E and F of Pakistan Co., Ltd. In addition, around October 201, the Defendant received 6.7 million won in cash from E in the medical care room of the above “D” around October 201, and received property of KRW 2,2280,000 from E in total from around around the day of the foregoing method, as shown in attached Table 9 of the List of Offenses Act, from around around the day of the foregoing period to May 2014.

As a result, the Defendant received property amounting to KRW 22.280,000,00, which was provided for the purpose of sales promotion such as adoption and inducement of medicine from malking corporation.
