Around 06:20 on September 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven Cuba car in the state of alcohol with approximately KRW 1 k-m alcohol concentration 0.227% in the section of about 1km from the front day of the maximum high-speed season located in the wife, Gamba-dong, Gamba-dong to the front day of the Gamba-dong, Gamba-dong, Gamba-si.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2012. 9. 8. 06:30경 용인시 처인구 D지구대에서 경위 E 등 경찰관들이 지켜보는 자리에서 피고인에 대한 음주운전 단속보고서를 작성 중이던 피해자 경장 F에게 “야 너 일루 와바, 개새끼야, 시발놈아, 나랑 맞짱 한번 뜨자 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하고, 피해자로부터 음주운전거리에 대한 질문을 받자 “어쩔건데 개새끼야, 개새끼야, 씨발놈아 민방위 씨발놈이 지랄을 하네, 씨발놈 새끼들 진짜, 너가 용인에서 잘 사나 두고보자, 이 안경 쓴 새끼야”라고 하면서 약 30분간에 걸쳐 큰소리로 욕설을 하였다.
