A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid, or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force, or other means.
At around 22:10 on August 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sought an answer to the effect that the nurse was hospitalized in an emergency room of the Cheongju Medical Center located in Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, 48, and requested the nurse to take hospitalization and/or CT photographing; (b) the Defendant did not have a hospitalization room, and the Defendant’s chronic pain; (c) see the two strings of the pents in his possession as well as the two strings of the pents in his possession; and (d) took the pents of the nurse B, who had been treated in the emergency room, and she saw the pents of B, and she was able to see the pents of B, as seen above, and then walked in B, and she was able to drive the pents of B and she was able to see that the Defendant she was able to drive the pent and she.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the medical treatment of emergency patients by force of emergency medical personnel.
