1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from May 7, 2015 to the date of full payment.

On October 1, 2010, Han Bank Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement on corporate facility loan with Defendant A Co., Ltd. with ① loans of KRW 700,000,00, maturity of April 1, 2011 (the change to October 1, 2012), agreement on corporate working loan loans of KRW 19% per annum (the delayed maturity of at least three months), ② loan of KRW 900,000, maturity of KRW 100, April 1, 201 (the change to October 1, 201), and interest rate of KRW 19% per annum (the delayed maturity of KRW 20,000,000, KRW 1,600, KRW 200, KRW 200, KRW 600, KRW 2006, KRW 206, KRW 206, KRW 2066, Nov. 26, 2012).
