The Plaintiff
A. As to Defendant C Co., Ltd. and D’s joint and several KRW 50,000,000, as well as the aforementioned:

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The R Co., Ltd. was sentenced to the judgment as indicated in the attached Form on May 6, 2010 (hereinafter “instant judgment”) by filing a lawsuit against the Defendant C Co., Ltd., D, and Nonparty C, U, V, Defendant E, F, G, H, I, J, J, K, and Nonparty P, which are the taking-off of the lawsuit of Defendant C Co., Ltd, D, and Nonparty S, and was sentenced to the same judgment as indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant judgment”).
B. On November 24, 2016, P died, and the heir jointly succeeded to P’s property 1/3 shares, respectively. On June 21, 2017, the aforementioned Defendants reported the qualified acceptance of inherited property on September 20, 2017 by filing a report on the qualified acceptance of inherited property with the Changwon District Court Heading Branching 2017Ra261.
C. On March 25, 2010, R Co., Ltd.: (a) W limited liability company transferred the instant claim to X limited liability company on September 4, 2014; (b) X limited liability company to X limited liability company on January 31, 2018; (c) X limited liability company transferred the claim to the Plaintiff in sequential order on June 25, 2019; and (d) around that time, L Co., Ltd received the notice of transfer to the Defendants.
[Ground of recognition] As to Defendant E, F, G, H, I, J, L, M, and N: Gap1 through 4, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul Ma1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, Eul 1, and Eul 1, the purport of the whole pleadings, defendant C, Eul, and deemed as confession.

According to the above facts of recognition, Defendant C Co., Ltd. and D jointly and severally with the Plaintiff for KRW 50,00,00 and its 50,000,00,000, and as to the above KRW 2,777,778 of the above KRW 50,00,00 and the above KRW 16,66,667 of the above KRW 50,000 and the above KRW 166,667 of the above KRW 50,00,00 and the above amount shall be jointly and severally with the Defendant C Co., Ltd. for the above KRW 50,00,00,000 and KRW 5,55,56,00 each of the above KRW 194,30,00 and KRW 16,667 of the above 50,00,00,000, to the extent of the property inherited from the net M until 19,197.
