Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in any conduct leading to death by cruel means, such as cutting trees on an animal.

Nevertheless, around 00:40 on May 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) died of an animal in a cruel manner by making the 4 miles of the way that the Defendant was living in the said warehouse due to the following reasons: (b) around 00:40 on the Yasan-si B 1st floor; (c) on the grounds that the Defendant’s father, who was in good condition of the usual garment, did not find it on the Bail Day without having his own telephone; and (d) the Defendant died of the 4 miles at the wooden eth (1m 50cm in length).
