Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 10, 2017, driven the said car without being covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 5 km to the front road of the Standing Institute, as from the front side of the Busan Mine-gu to the top side of the Standing Institute, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
